PROSPECTOR CHALLENGES

We often received questions about the Primetime & Ronin Challenges and it is finally time to introduce them to you!

  • You can unlock challenges that grant customization items in the style of and/or tied to Prospectors that were unlocked in the Fortuna Pass. Those challenges are unlocked when you reach level 100 in the Fortuna Pass!
  • Progress on these Challenges is persistent across Fortuna Pass Seasons, to make sure that you will always be able to unlock the customization items, regardless of when you reached Level 100.

KING OF THE ZEAL – EVENT

Dev Comment

The Zeal event is deliberately set in Duo mode to enable potential synergies between all the different Zeal Crystal types. So feel free to mix and match and experiment and claim some shiny rewards!
You should pay attention to the Cursed Zeal in particular since it damages you while carrying it… and as it is cursed, it will also make your nameplate visible in the match.

If we may give you 3 tips:

  1. Use BACKSPACE to drop a Zeal shard, especially important for Blue and Cursed Zeals
  2. It never hurts to have a Kheper Revitalizer Heal Gun in your loadout 😉
  3. Coordinate with your teammate to create Zeal synergies

The Zeals:

  • Orange: The default zeal, gives points over time.
    • Gives 10 points per scoring interval when carried.
  • Red: Gives players a bonus on EVAC.
    • Gives 10 points per scoring interval when carried.
    • Awards 40 points on EVAC.
  • Yellow: Increased movement speed, but fewer points over time.
    • Gives 8 points per scoring interval while carrying.
  • Green: Provides the carrier with a healing aura, similar to the mobile Triage sphere, but is much easier to lose when taking damage.
    • Gives 10 points per scoring interval while carrying.
    • The drop threshold is lowered to 100.
  • Purple: Gives NO points over time! Instead, it awards points when dealing damage or healing allies.
    • Damage dealt / 20 or healing done / 20.
    • eg: 100 damage = 5 points
  • Blue: Deploys a shield dome when dropped by hitting BACKSPACE (default) on the keyboard.
    • Awards 10 points per scoring interval while carrying
    • Blocks incoming AND outgoing projectiles while the dome is deployed
  • CursedDeals substantial damage to the carrier and nearby enemies. Awards 4x as many points per second as orange. Only stops dealing damage when dropped.
    Bring some healing tools!

    • Deals 30 damage per second to the carrier
    • Deals 180 damage per second to nearby enemies
    • Gives 40 points per scoring interval while carrying

  • Increased weak spot bonus damage from 75% to 100%.
  • Increased projectile speed from 40000 to 46500

Kinetic Arbiter

  • Increased weak spot bonus damage from 75% to 100%.
  • Increased projectile speed from 41500 to 46500

  • Increased weak spot bonus damage from 75% to 100%.
  • Increased projectile speed from 48000 to 55000

Basilisk

  • Increased weak spot bonus damage from 75% to 100%.
  • Increased projectile speed from 53000 to 63000

Gearstore

  • The 200 price category upgrades are increased from 100 to 150 credits per upgrade
  • The 500 price category upgrades are decreased from 200 to 150 credits per upgrade
  • The 800 price category upgrades are decreased from 200 and 250 to 150 credits per upgrade

MISC

  • “T” is the standard key for push to talk. This happened some releases ago, but we still receive some questions about it every now and then.

BUGFIXES

  • The chat window had some overlap issues that got fixed!
  • The Customer Support button and the ingame report button works again!
  • Season 2 – Mission 5 is fixed now!
  • Some players had issues loading into the game and received a black screen, this is fixed.
  • We fixed some odd train behavior in Solo…

KNOWN ISSUES

  • Career stats are disabled due to some issues and will be enabled again when fixed.
  • Voice chat will not work in the lobby when using the open microphone setting. Push-to-talk will work just fine.

Please remember:

We are still in Early Access even though Season Three has started. The game is still in development. This means that bugs and crashes are to be expected.

If you find any issues during your session, please don’t hesitate to report it using the bug reporter tool in-game.

Please also keep in mind that queue times, especially late in the night might be longer than expected due to lower player count around these times.
